Video analysis is an invaluable tool for helping you develop your proprioception.
In the Pool we use state of the art software to analyse elements of your stroke. We review this together and analysis is emailed to you after the session for you to review.
In the Endless Pool are recorded in full with tips saved on your own USB stick for you to review and study.
Workshops also involve detailed video analysis of your stroke from above and under the water at the beginning and end of each pool session.

We will require you to then upload a video, which can be taken with a mobile phone or a specific underwater camera. You will receive your video annotated analysis within 5 days of submitting your video.
